It's Been Too Long!

It seems like it's been forever since I have written a post!  Life has gotten busy, IN A REALLY GOOD WAY!  I got a new job, which fell into our laps when we weren't even looking.  I am delivering welcome baskets to people who are new to the community and introducing them to business's,  restaurants, etc in the community, including The Crossing!  We give them all kinds of freebies and discounts, including Spurs tickets, and they typically really appreciate the information.  I will be working one day a week. Yesterday was my first day and I already met two ladies who do not attend church that are interested in visiting The Crossing!  How cool is that?!  I will be working one day a week and I am so excited for the opportunity to get out in the community and spread my wings a little bit with no little monkeys in tow!  But, I still have the majority of time at home and plenty of time for homeschooling and all the other things that we love to do.  God is so good. We seriously found out about BeConnected by getting a postcard in the mail.  Jason contacted the owner to see how we could put stuff for our church in there and it just so happens that she needed a woman from our area to do deliveries.  And the rest is history.  Sweet deal:).
